Let me give you a hint: it’s not for doing the laundry or washing dishes. I think amazing health is important so that you can live your big dreams and goals.
If you don’t have the health to back you to travel, dance, serve soup at a local soup kitchen or whatever is on your heart, you most likely won’t do it. You have a bigger life to live.
