When we think things like…
… I “shouldn't” be struggling with the over desire to eat all the cookies – STILL!
… I “should” cook healthier.
… He “should” put the toilet seat down
… Or he “shouldn't” bring home any junk food.
…Not only do we have to deal with the circumstance (urge to overeat), but the SHAME on top of the urge (we shouldn't be what we are).
We all struggle with expectations so tune in to learn how to change our expectations into something that serves us instead of creating the problem.
