Before ANYTHING is created physically (like a goal) it has to be created spiritually first as an idea, a thought, a “what if…” – something abstract.
In order for us to reach those creative ideas and goals, we have to intentionally slow ourselves down so that we can hear them in the first place and we can check our nay-sayer thoughts (we all have them) that keep us from taking action.
This episode is all about how to create intentional SPACE in our lives to help us reach our big goals and dreams: on the calendar, in our environment, emotionally, and mentally.
