56. Five Systems to Change Your Life

Over the last several years, I've honed in on five wellness systems that are critical for a holistic, health approach. I call them my Five to Thrive Pillars for Success.

Without these five, amazing health isn't possible. (I know, that's a bold statement, but I back it up inside!)

I'm sure you guessed that fitness and food are included, but that only covers ONE of my pillars – physical health – and it's the last pillar I teach. I've learned that there are other things that are mandatory to creating lasting change. It's the reason why most people can't stick to their New Year's Resolutions is because they leave the other 4 pillars off their list.
