54. Transform Fear to Faith

Here's the truth: when we FEEL GOOD, we are so much more likely to get what we want.

Unfortunately, you might be walking around unaware of ways you are keeping yourself from your goals and dreams because you are marinating in fearful thoughts.

And it's not like these are obvious, but any time we compare, judge, get defensive, have an impulse to control, we're anxious, depressed… these are ALL fear-based thoughts.

And they keep us stuck.

When we are feeling these things we aren't able to attract what we truly desire into our lives.
