If you want to reach your goals in LIFE, you need to learn how to set boundaries because no one is ever going to care as much as you do about your dreams, your priorities, or your stuff.

Whether you're talking about your food, your space, your curling iron, whatever, we need to use boundaries to let others know what we will stand for in our lives.
