44. How to Create a NEW Habit

Something I see all the time – and I have been guilty of this myself – is biting off more than we can chew.

We get so focused on the finish line and what our life is going to look like after we reach our goal, we forget to make the daily changes necessary to create the transformation.

Here's the truth when it comes to reaching our goals and dreams: the goal is totally different than the system or habit it takes to get us there. Often these changes are messy and unglamorous and it feels like grunt work.

The key to making lasting change is not what you might expect (spoiler alert: fortunately, it doesn't require any motivation or willpower).
